About Us
We started as two friends homebrewing one gallon extract kits.
Opening a brewery wasn’t even a thought in our minds, but we continued brewing a few kits here and there. Eventually, we tried making our own all-grain recipe, Peabs & Jambo, our peanut butter and jelly blonde ale.
When we went to buy our ingredients, without any intention of doing so, we thought, “screw it”, why not start brewing five gallon batches!” And that’s exactly what we did. We went all in, bought completely new equipment, and updated our recipe.
To our surprise, the first real batch we ever made with our own recipe turned out very well! That was one of the key points of inspiration that drove us to keep growing and eventually get us to where we are now.
